Melk Easter Run

Description

The Melk Easter Run is not just any Easter run, but THE Easter run in and around Melk in Austria. The Easter run in Melk is being held for the 40th time this year, making it an institution among local and regional running events. So it's no wonder that several hundred participants take part in this classic run every year to get active at Easter and burn off a few excess Easter calories.

The main race at the Melk Easter Run is the 7 km city run. There is also a relay race (3 x 1.2 km) as well as children's and youth races. With its relatively short distances, the Melk Easter Run is primarily aimed at amateur runners or real speed junkies who want to test their performance limits at the Melk Easter Run. The running course itself is very flat and leads in a circular route right through the beautiful town of Melk. Due to the central location and Easter Monday as the day of the event, you as a participant can also look forward to numerous spectators standing at the side of the course and cheering you on.
