Description
The VIACTIV Rhein City Run is now a firmly established half marathon in the running scene, which has been held since 2016 and is probably unique in this form. The running route takes participants in the VIACTIV Rhein City Run from Düsseldorf to Duisburg, where the finish line is located. A total of around 4,000 participants will take part in the VIACTIV Rhein City Run.
Although the VIACTIV Rhein City Run in Düsseldorf has only been organised for four years, around 4,000 participants are already taking part in the VIACTIV Rhein City Run in Düsseldorf. This means that the Rhein City Half Marathon has developed into a must-attend event for half marathon runners within a very short space of time. The reason for this clearly lies in the route. The flat route leads along the Rhine promenade directly from Düsseldorf to Duisburg. A large part of the running route is covered on tarmac. Charity is also very important at the VIACTIV Rhein City Run, as the Rhein City Run supports the Duisburg aid organisation I.S.A.R. Germany.
