Whether you want to run 5 km or 10 km, the RainbowRun in Frankfurt takes you along mostly paved forest paths, some of which are tarmac. The 10 km distance consists of two laps of this 5 km route. The route offers a pleasant running experience that is suitable for both beginners and experienced runners.

What makes the Rainbow Run special is its message: together we are sending out a colourful signal against homophobia in sport and for an open and tolerant society. The run is embedded in the traditional FVV XMAS tournament, which has been a fixed date in the LGBT* sports calendar for over 30 years. As part of this event, there will be other events such as a party on Saturday evening, a brunch on Sunday and a city tour on Sunday afternoon.
