Description
Run for every breath - at the Muko Friendship Run in Potsdam. Imagine doing your laps in the heart of Potsdam, surrounded by music, laughter and people running together for a good cause. At the Muko Friendship Run in the Lustgarten, you're not just running for yourself - you're running for everyone living with cystic fibrosis.
The course is a marked circuit on the Lustgarten grounds. You decide for yourself how many laps you want to run. Whether young or old, alone or in a team, with your family, school class or even with your dog - everyone is welcome. Companies can also register their own team of employees.
Your participation is supported by donations: Find one or more sponsors in advance - be it family, friends or local businesses. They will donate a pre-agreed amount for every lap you run. Alternatively, you can also agree a flat-rate donation.
In addition to the run, a colourful family festival awaits you with live music, children's entertainment, bouncy castles, food and drink stands (including vegan), sports activities, hands-on activities, a raffle and much more. A day full of movement, joy and solidarity.
Your commitment supports projects of the Cystic Fibrosis Association Berlin-Brandenburg e.V., such as climate trips to the Baltic Sea, group events "Mukos on Tour", care packages for inpatients, psychosocial counselling and sports projects.
