Megamarsch Dresden

Description

This year marks the seventh time that the Megamarsch has taken place in Dresden. As in the previous year, the Megamarsch in Dresden will also mark the start of the new Magamarsch season. In addition to the mega march in Dresden, there are 11 other mega marches being organised at various locations in Germany this year.

At the mega march in Dresden, you can expect a 50-kilometre march that has to be completed in 12 hours. This is the little brother of the original Megamarsch, which is 100 kilometres long. The route leads from Dresden to Bad Schandau and partly runs directly along the Elbe. The start is at 8 o'clock in the morning. Those who complete the 50 km of the Megamarsch in Dresden will cross the finish line in Bad Schandau at around 8 pm and will be listed as a Hall of Fame member of the Megamarsch from then on.
