Description
The LieMudRun in Ruggell isn't just any obstacle course – it's the first OCR race in Liechtenstein. This event is a true obstacle course that will sweep you off your feet! The course is tough and presents a real challenge even for experienced runners – not for the faint-hearted!
Participants can choose between three distances: 8 km, 12 km, or 20 km. The 20 km main race is particularly challenging: 350 meters of elevation gain and 40 challenging obstacles await. Anyone taking on this challenge should prepare well! For those who prefer a more relaxed pace or aren't yet prepared for the full distance, the shorter courses offer a perfect alternative.
Whether you're an experienced OCR athlete or a beginner – the LieMudRun in Ruggell promises action, mud, and plenty of adrenaline!
