Description

The Geneva Marathon is one of the marathons worldwide that every marathon runner should take part in at least once in their life. You can expect a great running course that attracts over 13,000 participants every year. This makes the Geneva Marathon one of the largest marathon events organised in Switzerland every year. The Geneva Marathon has been organised as a charity run since 2005 and has been supporting Unicef with the proceeds ever since.

There are three distances to choose from at the Geneva Marathon. You can choose between a 10 km fun run, a half marathon and a marathon. This means that the Geneva Marathon is aimed more at the experienced runners among you. The running course itself couldn't be more beautiful. On the one hand, you run directly along Lake Geneva, but also pass through Geneva's old town, which means that the Geneva Marathon offers you a very varied and impressive running route. By taking part, you are also doing something good, as the Geneva Marathon is a charity run with proceeds going to Unicef.
