The Engadin Summer Run is a very special kind of running event with a very varied programme over two days. The spectacular scenery around Sils / Engadin serves as the backdrop and is guaranteed to provide you with a unique running experience. This is also reflected in the more than 2,500 participants who take part in the Engadin Summer Run every year so as not to miss this magnificent running event.

The Engadin Summer Run offers a choice of three running distances that could hardly be more different. The starting signal is given for the Vertical Summer Run, where you can look forward to a 6 km long running course, part of which runs along the original World Ski Championship race piste. Over this short distance, you have to overcome an incredible 1,000 metres in altitude, which means nothing but pure pain for the majority of participants. If you don't want to go quite so extreme, you can also register for the Run Pontresina, which is 10,4 kilometres long and mainly over flat terrain. The highlight here is the detour into the Roseg Valley, from where you can enjoy a unique view of the Roseg Glacier. The main run is the summer run itself, which is a tough 22.9 km run. Here you can look forward to an equally impressive running route that leads around Lake Sils and offers you an equally magnificent panorama.
