New Years Eve run in Bonn

The New Year's Eve run in Bonn takes place every year under the motto ‘Good resolutions start in the old year!’. Inspired by this motto, the New Year's Eve run in Bonn set a new record last year with over 1,200 participants. Due to the enormous popularity, there is a good chance that the Bonn New Year's Eve Run will set a new record again this year.

There are two running distances to choose from at the Bonn New Year's Eve Run. If you want to take it easy on the last day of the year, you can start with the 5 km run. If, on the other hand, you want to feel the full adrenalin of the competition once again, you are free to take part in the main race, the 10 km fun run. The running course is a 5 km circuit that runs along the Rhine in Bonn's Rheinaue for most of the way. This means you can get a breath of fresh air at the Bonn New Year's Eve run before plunging into the evening party crowd. By the way, by taking part in the Bonn New Year's Eve Run, you are also doing good, as €1 per participant will be donated to Welthungerhilfe. There's hardly a better way to end the old running year.
