The 6-hour run in Bokel is a real cross challenge. The aim of this cross-country race is to complete as many laps of the 2 km circuit as possible in 6 hours. In wind and weather, all cross-country runners have to show what they are made of at the Bokel 6-hour run.
The 6-hour run in Bokel can be a real challenge in the harsh autumn/winter weather. Snow, mud, rain and ice - everything is possible, nothing is impossible! 600 metres of the 2 km course lead directly through the forest. The previous course record is 72.7 km, an incredible achievement! This means that the 6-hour run can also be confidently described as an ultra cross-country run.
