100 Miles Berlin - the Wall Run

The 100 Miles Berlin - the Wall Run is one of the most symbolic running events that Germany has to offer. The name says it all, as a large part of the running route runs directly along the former Berlin Wall. Whether through the centre of Berlin or away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. The 100 Miles Berlin - the Wall Run has been organised since 2011.

For all true running junkies, this running event is an absolute must in the annual running calendar. After all, the Berlin Wall Race manages to combine symbolism and running ambition in a fantastic running event. The Wall Trail Run in West Berlin commemorates the division of Berlin and the victims of the Berlin Wall. The initiator of the 100 Mile Wall Race is the GDR civil rights activist Rainer Eppelmann. Individual runners have 30 hours to complete the Wall Trail Run. Those of you who would like to take part in the event but cannot complete the 100 miles alone also have the opportunity to take part in a relay team. The time window for relay teams is 27 hours.
